Your information will be used for the sole purpose of delivering the purchased products.

With the exception of credit card info, we store the information from your order form to allow us to track any issues or refer to a previous order to help provide customer service. We do not store any type of financial, credit or debit card information.

Shipping/Delivery

We aim to dispatch goods within 2 business days on receipt of order. If an item is out of stock we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Either a full refund or partial shipment of goods will be offered.

Postage is calculated according the weight of the order and the destination. This will be calculated at check out.

We try to ensure postage costs are accurate but reserve the right to amend if necessary.

Customs

When ordering goods for delivery outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for complying with the laws of the importing country. You are responsible for paying customs duties and taxes. Such duties and regulations are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

Should any item you purchase from our website fail to meet your approval please return it to us in its original packaging/condition within 7 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund (excluding postage costs) or replace the goods free of charge. Your statutory rights are not affected.
